Check in visitors with a laser ticket scanner and a laptop

The e-tickets from Paydro don’t need to be printed. Visitors only need to show the e-ticket on their phone at the entrance. The iOS app can scan the ticket from a screen. But also a simple barcode scanner is able to detect the barcode from a screen. The barcode scanner has to be connected to a laptop. The laptop checks the barcode with a visitor list and checks off the attendee on the list when everything is correct.

When everything is ok, a green screen becomes visible on the laptop. Immediately after the scan, it is possible to automatically print a sticker for the name badge. You don’t have to look through all the badges to find the right one. Very useful when you welcome over hundred people to your event.
