Your client selects a payment method and enters the appropriate information. In case the transaction fails, the customer can restart the transaction.

Refund online payments

With just one touch of a button you can cancel an order. The online payment is then directly refunded to your customer. Your customer will receive a confirmation email with a credit invoice.

Pay by invoice

With Paydro you can sell tickets by invoice. A must have for corporate events. Without the invoice payment option you're more likely to lose sales.

Handling invoice payments is time consuming, right?

It's not too bad. Paydro sends payment reminders for overdue invoices every Wednesday. On Tuesdays, the organizer will receive a reminder email to check for new payments on their bank account.

Invoice as fallback payment method

In case the online payment attempts fail, your customer can always switch to an invoice payment.

The invoice can also be paid by Credit Card for instance.
